Quinterno’s Furniture is proud to be part of two different award winning projects in Tahoe.

“Custom Cool” Interior Design Award

In the In the “Custom Cool” home that won the interior design award, we custom built a 10’ tall front door system with Wenge and Macassar Ebony. We also built 5 other custom doors throughout the home, a trim package, and all of the shade valances.

“West Shore Refinement” Craftsman Award

In the “West Shore Refinement” home that won the Craftsman Award, Quinterno’s Furniture built all of the cabinetry, several tables, all the beds, and some other specialty pieces of furniture. We also made the parts for the light fixture over the kitchen island.

Quinterno’s Furniture built the custom maple cabinetry, and custom maple/mahogany furniture in the Tahoe home recently featured in Mountain Living.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Fred Quinterno, and his amazing cabinetry and furniture.

My design firm has worked with Fred on many large scale projects which included large kitchens, bathroom suites, a boy’s train display room, a wet bar and much more. Working with Quinterno’s through the design process has been a pleasure, and Fred’s vast experience adds so much to the final product. He is a truly devoted artisan with impeccable skills to create the client’s vision.

We will continue to work with Fred Quinterno, as he offers unsurpassed architectural woodwork and furniture for upscale homes.

I have seen Fred Quinterno’s excellent work for several years, but have not had the opportunity to work with him until the current house I am building, a three year project on Lake Tahoe in Glenbrook NV.

Fred’s cabinets are carefully and solidly built, with good attention paid to grain and color matching of the wood on the doors and frames. He has a great design aesthetic, is easy to work with, and so far has come in under the original budget number that he projected. I will certainly use Fred on future building projects.
